Frequently asked
The essentials, in plain language.
What do I need to run EverDay?
EverDay is designed for iPhone and requires iOS 18 or later. Keep iOS updated for the latest security, notification, widget, and CloudKit improvements.
Does EverDay require an account?
No. EverDay has no sign-up or EverDay account. Your planner is stored on your iPhone and can sync through the private iCloud account already connected to your device.
Why are my tasks not syncing?
Confirm that you are signed into iCloud, iCloud Drive is enabled, EverDay is allowed to use iCloud, and both devices have a network connection. Open EverDay on each device and allow a moment for Apple CloudKit to finish syncing.
Why did a reminder not arrive?
Check EverDay Settings and iOS Settings → Notifications → EverDay. Focus modes, Scheduled Summary, device state, and system notification settings can affect when a notification appears. Reminders are a convenience and should not be used for emergencies or safety-critical schedules.
What happens to a reminder when I move its task?
EverDay keeps the reminder's time of day and moves it to the task's new date. For example, moving a task with a 9:00 AM reminder from Tuesday to Thursday also moves that reminder to Thursday at 9:00 AM.
How does task rollover work?
The week view offers a banner that lets you move unfinished past tasks to today. EverDay Pro can perform that rollover automatically when you enable Automatic rollover in Settings.
What is included with EverDay Pro?
Pro unlocks month view, repeating tasks, subtasks, unlimited tags, all 13 themes, and automatic rollover. Weekly review and morning agenda notifications remain available to every EverDay user. Pro is a one-time in-app purchase, not a subscription.
How do I restore EverDay Pro?
Open EverDay Settings and tap Restore Purchases while signed into the Apple Account that originally bought Pro. Apple manages the purchase record. Refund requests and billing questions are handled through Apple's purchase-support process.
How do I add EverDay widgets?
Touch and hold an empty area on your Home Screen, choose Edit or Add Widget, search for EverDay, and select a configuration. Lock Screen widgets are added from the Lock Screen customization interface. Widgets are included for every EverDay user; open EverDay after making planner changes if one needs a moment to refresh.
How do I delete my data?
Delete individual tasks or tags in the app, or open EverDay Settings and choose Erase everything to remove planner content and reset preferences. When iCloud sync is active, EverDay submits those deletions to CloudKit; another offline device may not reflect them until it reconnects and sync completes.
Privacy first
